About Stokes Energy
Stokes Energy is an engineering and integration firm specializing in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and data center development. Lean by design and technically driven, we bring deep expertise to the deployment of energy systems across complex environments.

We own and operate our own data center and energy lab in Charleston, SC, where we develop and test our proprietary Energy Management Software (EMS). Today, our EMS actively manages over 1 gigawatt of distributed energy assets across the U.S., including both AC- and DC-coupled microgrids.

Through years of hands-on integration work, we’ve found exceptional value in co-located assets—whether it's pairing BESS with industrial facilities, deploying modular data centers at underutilized substations, or integrating backup generation for critical infrastructure.

Our Goal
